Abstract
This Order establishes the procedure for planning and application of veterinary arrangements against particularly dangerous animal diseases. Veterinary arrangements against particularly dangerous animal diseases shall be applicable as follows: (a) on the territory of veterinary and sanitary well-being with a views of preventing the emergence of diseases and food poisoning of animals, including diseases common for animals and humans, ensuring compliance of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine; and (b) in the epizootic hotbed and risk location, including the observation zone and buffer zone to eliminate and prevent the spread of particularly dangerous animal diseases, including application of restrictive measures or quarantine. At the end of the veterinary measures is drawn up an act of the performed veterinary arrangement in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1, to which is attached an inventory of animals subjected to vaccination, allergy testing, treatment, indicating individual numbers corresponding to the database related to identification of farm animals in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 2. Veterinary arrangement shall be performed with the use of veterinary drugs registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan or Member States of the Customs Union.
