Order No. 219 of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on subsidies for the reimbursement of part of the costs incurred by a fishery entity when making investments.

This Order determines the procedure for allocation of subsidies to reimburse part of the costs incurred by the fishing industry related to investments and the procedure for providing public services "Subsidizing for reimbursement of part of the expenses incurred by the fishing enterprises related to investments. Subsidizing for reimbursement of part of the expenses incurred by the fishing enterprises, related to investments, is carried out at the expense and within the limits of the funds provided in the budget for the relevant financial year. Subsidies shall not be allocated to investors (service recipients) in relation to which liquidation, rehabilitation or bankruptcy procedures have been initiated, as well as activities that have been suspended in accordance with the national acting legislation. Calculations of subsidies shall be determined according to the formulas provided in the Annex 8.
