Order No. 25 of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on monitoring of fishes and other aquatic animals.

This Order establishes the procedure for the performance of state monitoring of fishes and other aquatic animals conducted by the authorized state institution by agreement with local self-government. Quotas for fishes and aquatic animals shall be allocated annually from 1 July of the current year to 1 July of the following year in accordance with biological substantiation drafted with the consideration of registered number of fishes and aquatic animals based on monitoring thereof.
