Abstract
This Order establishes the procedure for fish breeding in fishery waterbodies. Artificial reproduction of fish (stocking) shall be performed for the purpose of preservation and restoration of fish populations, as well as increasing fish productivity of fishery waterbodies. Artificial reproduction of fish on fishery waterbodies shall be performed on the recommendations of scientific organizations in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna by: (a) specialized agencies of the authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wildlife and local executive bodies, natural persons and legal entities on the basis of contracts for waterbody stocking within the framework of a government order; (b) managers of wild fauna species in accordance with the contract for fishery management in accordance with the fishery development plan at their own expense; and (c) entities engaged in economic and other activities on fishery waterbodies (geological exploration, mining, extraction of minerals, design and construction of facilities and structures) as compensation for damages caused to fish resources, including inevitable damages, through the implementation of activities aimed at the production of fishery waterbodies of fish stocking material, on the basis of the contract concluded with the agency.
