Order No. 58 of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources the form and rules for issuing hunter's and gamekeeper's certificates.

This Order approves the official forms and rules for issuing hunter certificates and gamekeeper (ranger) certificates. It establishes standardized certificate formats, assigns implementation responsibilities to the Forestry and Wildlife Committee, and introduces procedures for issuing, replacing, and managing these documents. The document includes specimen layouts of both certificates.
The rules define key concepts such as hunter, gamekeeper, hunting certificate, and hunting minimum training. A hunting certificate serves as proof of an individual's right to hunt and is issued for a ten-year period. Applicants must successfully complete a hunting-minimum training course and obtain a certificate confirming completion before applying for a hunting certificate. The state service is provided electronically through the e-government portal, with applications processed by national associations of hunters and hunting entities. Applications are reviewed electronically, and certificates or reasoned refusals are issued within established deadlines.
The regulation also sets out service fees, required documents, refusal grounds, complaint procedures, and the maintenance of a hunters’ register. The state service is delivered within two working days, and applicants must provide an application form and, when obtaining a certificate for the first time, a digital copy of the hunting-minimum certificate. Refusals may occur if submitted information is inaccurate or does not meet regulatory requirements. The document further regulates issuance of gamekeeper certificates by hunting entities, provides for duplicate certificates in case of loss or damage, and requires surrender of the certificate upon termination of employment.
