Order No. 7-1/179 of the Acting Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the functioning of the processing center.

This Regulation establishes the procedure of the functioning of the processing center carrying out the following functions: (a) issuance of individual numbers for identification of farm animals; (b) registration of laser stations, products (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals and their producers in the database related to the issuance of individual numbers; and (c) determining the conformity of products (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals to the requirements established Rules for identification of farm animals. Processing center within twenty working days from the date of receipt of information from local executive bodies of regions, cities of national significance, capital about the need for products (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals shall perform: (a) determination of sequential numbering of individual numbers for farm animals, taking into account previously issued individual numbers of farm animals; (b) distribution of individual numbers of farm animals in in terms of regions, cities of national significance, capital; (c) formation of a database on the issuance of individual numbers; and (d) transfer of individual numbers of farm animals to local executive bodies of regions, cities of national significance, capital for subsequent organization and identification of farm animals, with the exception of individual numbers of farm animals applied to hanging ear tags. Annex 1 contains the form of the Register of issuance and acceptance of products (means) and attributes for identification of farm animals. Annex 2 contains the form of Act of selection of products (means) and attributes for carrying out identification of farm animals. Annex 3 contains the form of Act on the results of selective selection of products (means) and attributes for identification of farm animals. Annex 4 contains the form of the Act of return of products (means) and attributes for identification of farm animals.
