Abstract
This Order establishes the procedure for the performance of epizootic monitoring by state veterinary organization with authorized participation of authorized veterinary body, representatives of local executive bodies, veterinary scientists and experts from veterinary scientific research organizations, and international experts in the field of veterinary. Epizootic monitoring is aimed at: (a) determination of quantitative parameters of animal pathogens spread in the monitored area or in the monitored economic entity; (b) determination of conditions that promote and prevent the spread of animals and their pathogens; (c) determination of conditions that promote and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Depending on the territorial scope, epizootic monitoring is carried out at the following levels: (a) the national level - covers the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan; (b) the regional level - covers territories limited by administrative borders (province, capital and city of national importance); and (c) the local level - covers the territory of a district or a city. Annex 1 contains the form of inspection report.
