Decision No. 1245 Organisation and functionality of Department of Extension and Cooperatives.

This Decision establishes the organizational framework and operational mandate of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Cooperatives under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. It defines the department’s purpose, position, roles, and responsibilities as a central body responsible for promoting agricultural production, processing, and cooperative development nationwide, with the objective of improving productivity, quality, and sustainability in line with green and market-oriented agricultural development.
