Abstract
This Decree sets out the regulations, procedures, and measures regarding the demarcation of water reservation zones and water resources, including the management and monitoring of such work, to ensure uniformity nationwide. The aim is to protect the quality and quantity of water for consumption and utilization, prevent floods and droughts, conserve aquatic flora and fauna, ecosystems, etc. It focuses on protecting water and water resources, including the preservation of the environment and ecosystems, to ensure abundance and meet the needs of people's livelihoods, agricultural production, industry, and services, contributing to socio-economic development in a sustainable and green direction.
