Tasks, Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of the Municipal Agriculture and Forestry Services.

The provincial and municipal agriculture and forestry services are in charge of the management of agriculture and forestry with respect to technical management, personnel management, plan, budget and salaries. Main tasks of the provincial and municipal agriculture and forestry services are: to study and supervise the implementation of strategies and plans, to carry out surveys for the classification of agriculture and forestry areas, supervise and promote research, coordinate with concerned sectors and divisions. Within said framework, Part II, III and IV concern, respectively, the duties and rights, the organizational structure and the work system of the provincial and municipal agriculture and forestry services.
