Abstract
This Resolution establishes the following conditions and requirements for the importation of frozen and deep-frozen meat from countries free of the diseases indicated in the list (A): (a) the exporter country must be free from the diseases indicated in the list (A) for at least 6 years from the last disease according to the official publication of the International Office of Epizootics and (b) slaughtering must be done into authorized slaughter-houses and to be subject to official veterinary control. Cutting up and processing of meat must be done in an authorized factory and to be subject to veterinary control. The meat must be accompanied with a bacteriologist certificate, sanitary certificate from the country of origin and the certificate of good quality.
