Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to protect the public health aginst diseases. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The importation of all species of live birds, their fresh, frozen and deep frozen meat, bird feathers as well as either hatching eggs or eggs for human consumption from all countries is absolutely prohibited (art. 1). A sanitary certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture shall be necessary for the importation of ducklings, goslings and chicks destined for slaughtering or hatching (art. 2).
