Resolution No. 7/1 of 2003 defining the Authorized Companies for the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The reports concerning the EIA shall be prepared by the Authorities classified under the subject of Environmental Studies at the Development and Construction Council (art. 1). The rules and provisions of this Resolution shall be valid for any Authority classified under this subject after the entry into force of this Resolution (art. 2).
