Abstract
This Act amends the Animals Act of 2003. Amendments concern: section 2, by adding the word "Minister"; section 23 regarding the sale by public auction of any animal which has been detained or seized; section 26 regarding wandering and straying animals, or animals adjoining a public way or highway and posing a threat of wandering unto the public way, and the related measures; section 27 concerning enclosed land, cultivated land or pasture.
