Geographical Indications Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 54 of 2003.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 20 of the Geographical Indications Act, No. 4 of 2000 concern: International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks; fees to be paid in respect of matters arising under the Act; indication of name and personal data, and signature by partnerships, companies and associations; application for registration of geographical indications; invalidation of registration of misleading marks; issuance of certificate concerning geographical indication, goods for which the geographical indication is used.
