Physical Planning and Development (Environmental Protection Area) (Pitons Management Area) (Amendment) Order, Statutory Instrument no. 150 of 2025.

This Order, made under section 34(2) of the Physical Planning and Development Act, Cap. 5.12, provides for amending the Physical Planning and Development (Environmental Protection Area) (Pitons Management Area) Order of 2024. Amendments concern: development in the zone 4 within the environmental protection area; conditions for granting permits for development in the zone 4; planting of trees in the zone; type and characteristic of new planted vegetation; prohibition of clearing of natural forest; undertaking environmental impact assessment for any proposed development; prohibition of development in watershed areas within the zone 4.
