Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (Seaport Tariff) Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 13 of 1985.

These Regulations, made under provisions of the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority Act, concern fixing of dues and charges for various activities performed in seaports. The Regulations define the following relevant terms: authority; authorised officer; blaster of a ship; cargo; cargo handling; containers; exports; imports; owner of a cargo and of a ship; port; port user; transhipment. The Regulations concern: conditions governing application of the tariff in accordance with the provisions of the Act; application of tariffs and supplements; damage to facilities; offences and penalties; marine and navigation dues; port cargo and passenger dues; cargo handling charges; dues and charges for containers; storage charges.
