Trade Marks Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 17 of 2003.

These Regulations, made by the Minister responsible for Intellectual Property under section 200 of the Trade Marks Act 2001, No. 22, concern registration of trade marks and certificate of verification of registration. Matters covered by these Regulations include: classification of goods and services; procedural matters regarding application for registration; specification of goods or services or both; removal of trade marks from register for non use; importation of goods infringing trade marks; certification of trade marks; payment of fees.
