Abstract
The purpose of the present amendment is the implementation of the Directive 2013/39/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 August 2003 amending Directives 2000/60/EC and 2008/105/EC as regards priority substances in the field of water policy. In particular, the Act introduces some amendments to the Water Protection Act of 15 May 2003. The Act amends, inter alia, article 1 laying down provisions relating to the enforcement of EU-directives in Liechtenstein; article 1a also dealing with EU directives; article 4 on Polluter pays principle; article 22 on Ground management. The text consists of 2 articles.
