Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 29 May 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees in the field of air pollution. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Principle (1); Fire places inspection by municipalities (2); Inspection by the Environment Office (3); Special services (4); Repeal of existing legislation (5); Entry into force (6).
