Ordinance on the Collection of Fees under the Environmental Protection Act.

This Ordinance is implementing Articles 76 and 94 of the Environment Protection Act 2008. This ordinance regulates the collection of fees and administrative costs for official acts by the government and the Office for the Environment in accordance with environmental protection legislation. The Ordinance provides for the chargeable, calculation fee, surcharge, due date, payment and collection procedures.
