Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance regulates public funding for alpine farming in Liechtenstein. The primary aim of the Ordinance is to establish guidelines for the promotion of alpine farming, which is a significant aspect of the agricultural landscape and cultural heritage of Liechtenstein.
