Ordinance amending the Alpine Farming Promotion Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance of 15 June 2010 on promotion of alpine farming. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 4, paragraph 3 establishing that the government may take action in order to prevent the spread of animal disease, if this is necessary to ensure an appropriate, environmentally sound and sustainable management of the Alps.
