Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Building Act of 11 Decmeber 2008 and the Act of 23 May 2007 on evidence of energy efficiency of buildings (Energy Efficiency Evidence Act). The Ordinance regulates the : a) minimum requirements for energy–saving building methods and management of buildings ; b) technical requirements for total energy efficiency of buildings and improvement of energy performance. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Energy savings measures (II); Granting of building permits and enforcement (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).

Entry into force notes
