Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Forest Act of 25 March 1991. The government elaborates the basic planning for the protection of natural disasters. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Safety measures (I); Management (II); Forest reserves (III); Woody plants, hedges, windbreaks (IV); Forest damages,diseases and pests (V); Game damage (VI); Planning (VII); Background material and information (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
