Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance of 21 February 1995 on Scope and performance of financial aid and compensation under the Forest Act. The title of the Ordinance changes to “Forest Ordinance”. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends article 10 concerning activities of the Environment Office; Part II on Use of hazardous substances and Part VIIIa on Enforcement are also amended.
