Gas Market Act (GMG).

The present Act regulates the: a) transmission, distribution, supply and storage of natural gas; b) organization and functioning of the natural gas sector, including liquefied natural gas (LNG); c) market access; d) criteria and procedures for the granting of authorizations; and e) operation of networks. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Authorization and licensing requirements (II); Natural gas plants (III); Operation and maintenance of networks (IV); Access to net works (V); Invoicing (VI); Organization and implementation (VII); Penalties (VIII); Transitional and final provisions (IX).
