Abstract
The present Ordinance regulates the transport of hazardous goods on road by means of public transport. The text consists of 47 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Packaging and vehicles (II); Transport of hazardous goods, security screening, admissibility, exceptions (III); Obligations of the carrier (IV); Controls in business and on the road (V); Legal aid (VI); Special provisions on the transport of hazardous good within the domestic territory (VII); Obligation to provide information (VIII); Penalties; administrative measures (IX); Enforcement (X); Transitional and final provisions (XI). Four Annexes are enclosed.
