Abstract
The Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Ordinance on transport of hazardous goods on roads (Hazardous Goods Road Transport Ordinance) of 3 March 1998. In particular, the Ordinance amends, iner alia, article 14 dealing with hazardous goods officers; article 14a on Responsibilities; article 14b on Accident report; article 14c on Vocational training and exam; article 14d on Special obligations of companies. The text consists of 2 articles.
