Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Water Protection Act of 4 June 1957. Article 1 establishes that: 1) waste oil and mineral-oil containing waste shall not be discharged into water-bodies, neither directly nor indirectly; 2) if there is a risk of contamination of the water-body also deposit outside the water is prohibited; 3) the use of waste oil for dust control is prohibited. The Environment Office is entrusted with the efficient and correct enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General requirements (I); Collection and transport service (II); Penalties and final provisions (III).
