Ordinance on the levying of fees according to the Water Protection Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Water Protection Act of 4 June 1957. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for official acts. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Permits for installations for water polluting liquids; Tank Control Register (1); Permits for waste water facilities (2); Permit to conduct inspection and cleaning works (3); Monitoring of wastewater treatment plants (4); Controls (5); Studies of industrial and commercial enterprises (6); Costs of water pollution (7); Repeal (8); Entry into force (9).
