Abstract
This Regulation provides for the collection of fees for the official acts of the government and the Office for the Environment with regard the use of water according to Articles 49 and 67 of the Water Protection Act. The Regulation describes the persons that are liable to pay fees, surcharge, calculation of fees, administration costs, due date, payment period and collection. This Regulation consists of 10 Articles and one Attachment regarding fee rates.
