Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Waste Disposal Act of 6 April 1988. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Licensing (1); Inspections (2); Entry into force (3).
