Abstract
This legislation establishes a comprehensive framework for the regulation of genetically modified, pathogenic, and non-native organisms, with the objective of preventing adverse effects on human health, animal welfare, plant life, and the environment. Emphasizing ethical considerations, the law promotes the responsible handling of such organisms and their by-products, aiming to safeguard ecological integrity and public interests.
