Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Water Protection Act of 15 May 2003. The Ordinance lays down requirements for an appropriate water protection. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the: a) discharge of polluted waste water; b) general drainage plans; c) operation of waste water treatment plants; d) treatment of sewage sludge; e) use of fertilizers; f) use of plant protection production. The text consists of 53 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Discharge of polluted waste water (II); General drainage plan (III); Operation of waste water treatment plants (IV); Sewage sludge (V); Special cases (VI); Organization and implementation (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII). Five Annexes are enclosed.
