Abstract
These Regulations are made by the Minister of Fisheries to amend the Fishing Operations Regulations of 1996 (principal Regulations). In Regulation 16 of the principal Regulations, the the words not exceeding eight are substituted by the words not exceeding ten in respect of cylinders for scuba diving.
