Abstract
These Regulations are enacted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the Control of Pesticides Act.
The time limit between the use of pesticides, specified in Column I of the Schedule hereto on the food crop specified in the corresponding entry in Column II of the Schedule and the harvest of that food crop shall be as specified in the corresponding entry in Column III of the Schedule. Where any such crop contains any residue of a pesticide such residue shall not exceed the level specified in the corresponding entry in Column IV of that Schedule.
