Abstract
The Ordinance provides for safe keeping of wild animals possibly dangerous. In the case the animal is not properly kept and may represent a danger, the owner shall be summoned in order to restore safety conditions or, if the same owner refuses to act, the appointed court may rule for the animal being suppressed. If during the appearance in court, the owner demonstrates that there is a good cause of rejecting the order and is willing to comply with safety precautions, a bond shall be paid and the animal spared.
