Abstract
The Regulations apply in relation to the powers and duties of Forest Officers. Within their respective areas of control, the officers mentioned in the first column of the Schedule shall exercise the powers under the Forest Ordinance or the rules and regulations made thereunder specified in the corresponding items of the second and third columns of the Schedule.
