Imports And Exports (Control) (Amendment) Act (No. 28 of 1987).

This amending Act concerns the control of the import and export of goods and for the regulation of the standards of exportable goods in Sri Lanka. It establishes a defaulters' list that is published in the Gazette in which the Controller shall name those who have defaulted in payments regarding the import and export of goods in Sri Lanka. The amendment prohibits the issue of licences to those defaulters' specified on the list.
