Abstract
Section 78A is amended by substituting for the words "Magistrate's Courts" the words "Small Claims Court".
Section 118 is amended by inserting the following new definition of "Government Agent": "Government Agent includes an Additional Government Agent, an Assistant Government Agent, Secretary to the Minister of the Board of Ministers of a Province in charge of the subject of Irrigation and Divisional Secretary of a Provincial Council".
