This Order is enacted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the Control of Pesticides Act.
The Order declares that every licence issued in respect of pesticides containing the active ingredients bearing the Abstract Service Registry Number specified in Schedule hereto (such as alachlor etc. ) shall be cancelled.
