Abstract
This Order is enacted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the Control of Pesticides Act.
The Order, in the interest of the public and on the advice of the Pesticides Technical and Advisory Committee, cancel every licence issued in respect of pesticides containing the active ingredients bearing the Carbofuran, Carbaryl and Chlorpyriphos.
