Abstract
This Order amends the National Environmental (Protection and Quality) Regulations, No. 1 of 2008. It substitutes regulation 2 and 3 of the Regulations relating to disposal of waste in the environment. Further, after regulation 7, new regulations 7A and 7B, relating to monitoring and prevention of marine pollution respectively are added. Schedule I to the regulations is also substituted.
