Order establishing the Bakmitiyawa-Timbirigolla Reserved Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested in Section 3 of Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Act No.13 of 1966, Act No. 56 of 1979, Act No. 13 of 1982, Act No. 84 of 1988, Act No. 23 of 1995 and Act No. 65 of 2009. I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the State Lands located within 47136.3142 hec. of land depicted in schedule 01, 02, 03 and 04 and except the land area given in schedule 05 and 06 which are located within that as Bakmitiyawa-Timbirigolla Reserved Forest from 1 October 2010.
