Order establishing the Kitulanahela Kanda Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by section 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009 of chapter 451, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, the Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Kitulanahela Kanda Forest of 118.1708 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule as Kitulanahela Kanda Reserved Forest from 1 July 2012.
