Order establishing the Kivulegedara Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by section 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009 of chapter 451, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, the Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Kivulegedara Forest of 113.88 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule as Kivulegedara Reserved Forest from 01st day of July, 2012.
