Order establishing the Mundumurippy Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Mundumurippy Forest of 26.268 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Mundumurippu Reserved Forest from 1 July 2012.
