Order establishing the Petiyagoda Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009 of chapter 451, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, the Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Petiyagoda Forest of 1355.8316 Hectares bounded by limit set forth in the Schedule as Petiyagoda Reserved Forest from 1 July 2012.
