Order establishing the Talagahakanda Conservation Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by Section 3A of the Forest Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988 and Act, No. 23 of 1995, I, Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources by this Order declares the Talagahakanda Forest of 41.861 Hectares bounded by the limits set forth in the Schedule Talagahakanda Conservation Forest from 18 November, 2009.
